Caring for it.

The shell, the screen and the fasteners, each in a few lines. Every part is sold on its own for as long as StowGolf exists, and the one-year limited warranty covers defects, not wear. The counted kit and the spec sheet have the rest.

Shell

600D PU-coated polyester Oxford, non-FR

  • Spot clean only: mild dish soap in warm water, a soft cloth, then rinse with a damp cloth.
  • No machine wash, dryer, bleach, solvents or pressure washer.
  • Dry fully before folding.
  • Fold soft along the natural lines, never a hard crease.
  • Store dry, out of direct sun.
  • Not flame-retardant. Keep it away from heaters and open flame.
  • Check the grommets and hems at each fold. A pulled grommet is a warranty item.

Screen

540 gsm three-layer knit

  • Only the white face takes golf balls.
  • Hit clean balls.
  • Clean marks early: a drop of dish soap on a damp rag, blot, then dry the spot with a fan.
  • Never the washing machine, abrasive cleaners, steamers or irons.
  • Ball burn marks are normal wear. The screen is a wear item and is sold on its own.
  • Fold soft, white face in.

Fasteners

Ball bungees and S-biner clips

  • Inspect the bungee cords each season and replace split ones. Spares are in the kit.
  • The S-biners are zinc alloy: wipe them dry, do not oil them, and replace one with a cracked gate.
