The reservation, the sale, and what we stand behind.

Short version: a refundable $100 holds a numbered slot and comes back to your card any time before your unit ships. The balance is due only once your unit is in Tempe and checked. Thirty days to return it, one year of warranty, and one email address for all of it.

The Founders Reservation

  • $100 holds one numbered build slot among the first 25 units at the founders price of $2,295 (list $2,495). The number is your place in the build order; units are built and delivered in that order.
  • It is a refundable hold, not a purchase. Paying it does not commit you to buying the enclosure, and it does not commit StowGolf to a ship date beyond the estimate on this site.
  • Refund: any time before your unit ships, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@stowgolf.com, and the full $100 goes back to the card you paid with. No restocking fee, no store credit, no forms. Card refunds typically post in 5 to 10 business days, which is the card network's timing.
  • If StowGolf cannot deliver your unit, the $100 is refunded in full without you asking.

The balance and the sale

  • The balance of $2,195 is invoiced once your unit has landed in Tempe and been checked, and is due before it ships to you. The refundable $100 counts toward the price.
  • If the balance is not paid within 14 days of the invoice, your slot may be offered to the next person on the list and your refundable $100 goes back to your card.
  • The sale is the complete enclosure as described on the spec sheet at the time of your invoice: frames, crossbeams, the three-panel shell and the impact screen, in two cartons. The launch monitor, projector, hitting mat and computer are yours to supply.

Shipping and dates

  • Shipping is included in the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted before you pay the balance. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
  • Dates on this site are estimates and we say so where they appear. Reservation holders get the dated build schedule by email before it is public, and the refund stays open the whole time.

Returns

  • Within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, no restocking fee. Repack the enclosure in its original two cartons; StowGolf pays the return shipping and refunds the full price once it is back.
  • Screen wear and ball marks from use are normal and do not affect a return inside the 30 days.

Warranty

  • One-year limited warranty on the whole kit against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from delivery. Email hello@stowgolf.com with photos and we repair or replace the part.
  • Not covered: screen wear and ball marks, damage from moving the kit outside its bags, balls hitting the shell fabric instead of the screen, modification, and ordinary wear.
  • This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under your state's law.

Using it

  • It is a golf enclosure. Set it up as the guide says, keep people out of the bay while someone is swinging, and give the screen its full depth. No enclosure stops every mis-hit; the shell and the screen are there to catch the normal ones.
  • The enclosure is for home and personal use. Write to us before putting it in a business, a rental or a public space.

The rest

  • These terms are with StowGolf LLC, StowGolf LLC, 14602 S 41st Way, Phoenix, AZ 85044, and are governed by the laws of Arizona. If something here turns out to be unenforceable the rest still stands.
  • Last updated October 19, 2026. If these terms change after you reserve, the version you reserved under still applies to your reservation unless the new one is better for you.
